" End of the World...My Own Perception, Fears and Worries...Trust and Faith "

Heavy Rains, Flood, Tremors, Tsunami, Earthquake, War, Famine, Fire, Pollution, Religion, Practice, Immorality etc..etc.. Those were the indication that end of the world is near to come.

I received plenty of chain letters and text. Insinuating message of duplications for the information of everyone. Its not that I do not believe of what was written, but my preference of sharing the message doing my own way. Telling it to people I know. My families and friends. Some of them believe, but most of them just keep the ball rolling. My mother Is a real believer. She gave me a holy candle. It is the only thing that will light from a total darkness. " Che just keep on praying. God will keep windows and doors safe from evil entities ". Pray the rosary and Apostle creed. Do not be afraid. God will always be there.

I was able to watched two movies both tackle about catastrophe. First was “Knowing” by Nicolas Cage and the other was “2012″ John Cusack and Danny Glover played the lead role. My personal choice, Definitely “Knowing”. It touches my heart…

The movie shows the empathy of a father letting go of his son. Parents love and understanding cannot be measured by any disasters. I can relate to this. I believe rapture might be happen anytime. Nobody exactly can predict when will it be. Much as I wanted to avoid thinking of it, but series of phenomena and manifestations happened.

I am guilty most of the time. Pre occupied by all temporary obligations. Work, family, personal matters etc..etc.. My communications with “Him” during the last hour of the day, before I go to sleep. Being so tired with all day commitments and taking a dose of my sleeping pill, I fell asleep. My prayers were unfinished.

If our Gods time will come, I fear… I am not prepared, I am not worthy to be save.. My prayer, my only wish.. My kids will not be hurt. They will just close their eyes and everything will be fine. God I believe, will take care of everything.

My greatest prayer, for the last breath of my life. I wanted to be with my husband and the whole family. We will just embrace each other, Not minding the pain and sorrows. Holding each other arms, being protected and being love. A feeling of assurance that no matter what happened, We will always be a family…. That glorifying moment I can say,“I am ready to face my last journey ".

It was a siesta time for me. Arcturus was having a meeting while I decided not to accompany him. I grab the chance of giving myself alone and create a blog. Moomba is just beside Rotary building. The ambiance was nice and performers doing well . If I am not mistaken they called their group as Marmalade. So far so good because I love the repertoire. Bossa Nova. A jazz with a twist. I ordered chicken Cordon bleu with Green Salad and a bottle of beer. Haaayy, what a relaxing way to unwind. Sometimes being alone all by myself brings back my memory of being free and single.

I used to work as a Professional Medical Representative in one of the biggest pharmaceutical company here in the Philippines. My tenure lasted for 7 years. Being an employee gives me feeling of security. Fellow worker and crew consider as my 2nd family.
However, the battle and endless competition was merely a fact. Being better against each other would be a great advantage. A productive employee whos doing an extra miles will be given more rewards and promotions. An employee needs to be vigilant at all times or else, backseat will be your place. Proving myself for 7 years, ensuring my rank to be always on top or to be one of what they called as ” the cream of the crop “… ..I woke up one day, feeling tired, wasted and bored.

After too much contemplating, finally I decided to seek for a change. A change which I believe will give me a better opportunity. A different career that will broaden my ability. No boss, no everyday routine, no rules written by the book. I want a career that will appreciate of what I am capable of doing. Its a risky move yes, But I am ready to take the risk.

Hosting, Public Speaking, Presentation and Delivering of Speech I believe is my passion. My mind create an instant imagination and express it without buckles and pauses. Applying it for a career is really a plus. Now I realize that not all people were given a skills like that. I am very happy that finally I found my true calling.

Weddings, Debut, Corporate launching and Kiddie Parties are the common examples of my events. Efficient Emcee plays a vital role for a program success. It was truly rewarding to receive compliments and nice feedback each and every time my events were done. Sometimes I am thinking if everybody has the ability to do the task similar of what I am doing. I decided to do my own studies and analysis and found out that, no its not…Each and everyone has different God gifted talent. The person needs to discover their inner strength and own expertise.

Its getting late. Still in the middle of strangers. I ordered Chocolate Decadence Cake. I have to satisfy my sweet tooth.While checking the menu my criteria was to order the sweetest dessert I can find…This one, nnaaaahhhh…It tasted frozen. bland and below standard. For the prize of 125 plus tax for a small piece of cake, not worth it… Well, quantity not always comes with a good quality. Its a reality! hhmmmmppp…

My parting message, opportunity often knocks. Its a matter of self anticipation. It simply explains why people progressed, why people failed, why people survived. Our choice is what we make it….

Last night, I was able to host a very wonderful launching event. The product, ” Coffee and Hot Chocolate “. The ambiance at Two Serendra located at The Fort was truly a blast. Obviously the expected guest came in and I can say that everybody look fabulous. Everything went well. From the staff, food, music,models, bar attendant, cocktails and of course the host.. woo..woooottt !!! no other than yours truly ehem -ehem…,

Together with all the guest enjoying the party, There is this humble couple whom we dearly love. A couple who achieve amazing success on their chosen business. Our mentor, our idols Mr and Mrs Marlon and Michelle Aman. They started from a very humble beginning wherein they only have Php 100,000 cash on hand. Determination, dedication and discipline serve as their potent weapon to take the risk. Miguelitos was born, It is a soft serve ice cream very enticing for kids and adults. Another business that they look upon was their LPG Business. A basic Household necessities, the market definitely limitless.

The couple visualize positive approach and decided to venture into other products. Among those includes; Churros in the City, Fried Ice Cream, Mini Donuts, Vanilla Ice Pearl, Waffle Island, Jiankang Noodles etc. etc…. Miguelitos International Corporation was also featured by local media. Print Ads, Radio and TV Program. Encouraging individuals to aspire a good future and stability by means of having a business franchise.

Holding each other strength gives them outstanding result. Starting a business from scratch and consistently growing up nationwide, branching from nearby Asian countries and will soon penetrate Dubai and other parts of the world. Whoooaaaa….. The rest was history.

It is not my first time to accept hosting bookings from them. Being an emcee to their little ones birthday party. From the very pretty Ate Mica, Birthday of Kuya Miguel and also to sweet darling Mariel. Hosting of Mr and Dra Aguilar Wedding (Brother of Mam Michelle) up to their little angel first birthday. I was able to handle Miguelitos International Corporation Christmas Party celebration last December 2010. I cannot forget that event. The concept was very refreshing. A gay contest wherein department has their own representative.The latest was last night product launching of their new Baby “Micafe”. We were so grateful knowing that they have this outmost trust on us. Mam Michelle is really a dear. So sweet and a true person. She always have something to give as her token of appreciation for us. By the way Mam, thanks so much for the Hermes Bag. I Love it….mwahhh

Being a Professional host, before I start talking in front, Its a must for me to know the profile and gather infos about the event. Since there was a product to be launch, I myself do the initiative to taste it first. My verdict… Sorry I dont drink coffee. Lets just focus on the hot chocolate review… ahemmm..again, again…..my verdict… “The product is Competent”.…Not so sweet, not too loud. In short, It fits my palette. As a consumer, knowing the cost of Php5/sachet, I will not hesitate to give it a try.
I know my blog was kindda novel to compare. But everything written above was based according to my personal opinion and experience. Unpaid and no personal agenda.

Summer is Here....Our Favorite Season of the Year

Yipeeee ! Its March already. It simply means summer...
It is our family much awaited bonding moments. Every year my husband and I ensure that we have advance reservation to the destination of our choice. It is actually our longest vacation day of the year. Normally, we start packing and head our way Holy Tuesday and comes back black Saturday. Although It was a great experience seeing people enjoying their grand vacation but of course budget must be ready because it is greatly expected that Hotels and resorts turns out more expensive during summer season of the year.
As of this very moment... well we do not have concrete plans yet unlike previous year. Our preparation start first month of the year (January). It is to ensure that we have hotel confirmation and guaranteed our deposit tru bank which lessen our expense during the day itself. Definitely less worries and cramming of peak season.
But now.. Oh my! zero plans.. Still do not know if we will push tru our holy week routine. Airlines, Hotel, Resorts most of them were fully booked. If not, definitely they charge a Rocket high rates and I believe its not worth spending.

" Our Prima Ballerina......The Most Beautiful Baby Tiffany "

No Plans, unexpected, surprise. Thats what I feel when we found out that I am pregnant. My husband was very happy after hearing the good news. It was another blessings to our family. Ate and kuya were so excited also. Age gap of our kids were in distance of 6 years. Maybe because we wanted to give full nourishment to each siblings. Personally I breastfed my two kids and planning to continue doing it for our next baby. It was a very long and tiring 9 months waiting.

Until the much awaited day finally arrived. Under went C- section delivery to a bouncing 7lbs baby girl. We named her Tiffany. A gift from God.
Raising her was not that easy. Until now our growing up children gives us pressure and stress plus the fact that we need to work hard to give everything they need. But being parents looking at them, talking with them, seeing them growing well gives us smile and passion to continue working hard.
Our Baby Tiffany truly possess beauty that stands out among the rest. I know she dont look like me. Her Dad somehow reflects slight resemblance of her. There were times that we have to be vigilant because other people cuddle and giggle on her. We were so proud of them. Her brother was so protective also.

Our Little Tiffany really loves to dance. Her favorite cartoon is Angelina Ballerina. She love Chloes Closet also. She loves make up, heels, Fashionable shoes and socks and for a three year old girl to put glam on his nail. Colors and glitters. Really a fashionista..
To our Baby Tiffany, You may not be able to understand Mommy's blog about you but time will come you can read this on your own. Always remember, Mommy, Pappy, Kuya, Ate and Chino loves you very very much....

The youngest among the member of our family.... We called him " Chino"

Yes dearie, Chino is his name. He is a toy breed chihuahua. We acquired chino last November 2010.

Eversince I was a kid, my affection to animals is priceless. I love having cat more because they have this sense of being independent without taking too much of my time. However the last time I tried to bring back my youthfull fondness. Getting stray cat and giving her a home was a huge feeling of happiness for me. Being a mother at the same time to my 3 children means chaos. My son has a seasonal asthma and everytime he inhaled dust, pollen, feathers etc. etc. trigger his asthma. He suffered consistent attacks for 3 months and I feel so worried about it. The pediatrician adviced the cat has to go. I do not have any choice. The feeling of leaving my cat to a place nowhere realy broke my heart. But at least my son recovered. After how many years of not having a pal, I feel that maybe its about time to have another one again. This time cat is not on my list. I am thinking that my choice should be a tiny creature, not big because we are living on a condo unit, do not shed too much to avoid my son asthma, A guard dog as well who will bark if there is something unusual, Kids friendly companion and pooo poo should not be too gross to see.

Voila !!! chihuahua is the right choice..

Chino makes everyone in the family happy. He is too loyal. According to some information I gathered from reading different articles, chihuahua choose one or two master among the family. They will show extreme loyalty to the point that they will not eat if the master did not. They will remain beside the master while sleeping and will not stand up unless master wake up already. Even going inside comfort room while master doing “call of nature” they will just sit down and wait for the master to finish. In short, chihuahua is truly a “little wonder”. I strongly recommend having them as pet for those people who constantly seeking a loyal companion. Chihuahua display a very warm affection to their master but not with a stranger. They have this instinct that they need to protect their master come what may.They cannot be easilly taken away.

My wish for Chino is may he bless of many years living with us. Always in a pink of health and have a numerous “Paquito” very soon…..

" Negligence.... Must not an Excuse "

It was an ordinary day when we decided to drop by at Greenhills Shopping Center. Checking some of my blings and accessories made me decide to look for some swarovski fancies. Since Arcturus needs to attend MAGFI officer meeting near the vicinity, Just in time to stroll around.
Greenhills indeed a fashion haven. I was stunned by all the displays. It feeds me a lot of fashion idea. But of course it will just be an idea but definitely not to the point of buying any. I will just stick on my purpose. Buying my swarovski period.
We were about to leave when the kids called and told us to buy some materials for their assignment. We then proceed at the supermarket and buy stuff. Heading at the parking lot right away because Arcturus received a text message reminding him that meeting will about to start.

Now the dilemma happens when we were about to pay the parking fee. Parking card was nowhere to be found. Arcturus told me that he already pull it out on his pocket but still missing. We look around, go back to the supermarket and double check it. Asked some possible people who possibly found it. Almost an hour looking and searching for the card but it was totally gone.
Pisssedd ooofff… Thats what I feel. Imagine paying Php 350 as penalty plus the inconvenience of waiting and showing all the vehicle documents and registration. It was really a waste of time.
Much as I wanted to relax and let go of the situation but the stress triggers my adrenalin. Haaayy what a day. Lesson learned, ” Always Keep parking stub / Card inside your wallet “. It will be better to spend budget for the food rather than paying a penalty clearly because of plain negligence…..

" A Wonderful Place Together with A Wonderful People "

Not everyday, not all the time. But oftentimes, finding wonderful people who shows genuine concern with purity and kindness in their heart is really a challenge. Me and my husband were lucky to find one. The place… Puerto Princesa Palawan.
Last January 2011, a certain Mrs Aimee Ong inquired to us online. I was able to reply her inquiry right away. Not too much expectation because competition among talents were massive specially online. But fortunately they confirmed the booking. The client agreed to provide all our requirements such as round trip airfare, hotel accommodation, food, transfers and much higher professional fee due to provincial rate difference. After some coordination particularly with Daddy Albert everything went well.
February 27, 2011. Heading our way to NAIA, Daddy Albert text us that a representative from the hotel will pick us up at the airport. Our flights were a little bit delay due to airline traffic congestion. We arrived safely, A van was waiting for us and proceed to A & A Hotel ( the party venue and the place where we will stay ). I saw my name at the welcome board of the hotel as guest. We were given a strawberry juice upon registration and ushered us going to our assigned room after.
Finally, we met this wonderful couple. It was a nice feeling to be welcome personally by them. They hand over the giant dove to be use for the magic show. The dove looks like a chicken because of their heavy weight. But of course, Arcturus needs to adjust and still deliver a good magic routine. We feel so much blessed to host the party of a very dear Baby Aika. Although at first, our audience seems to be shy specially when I announced that we came all the way from Manila. But as the show went on, everybody’s participating well.
After our show, Mr and Mrs Ong continue sharing all nice stories with us. Until such time we go back to our room, Its past 8pm already. After an hour, we heard a friendly knock at the door. It was Daddy Albert bringing Baby Aika’s sign frame, asking if we can write a message. He also gave us some chocolates customized for Baby Aika. We think of something also to give at least simple tokens for their three kids. Fortunately I was able to bring my new small princess crown for Baby Aika, A fashionable purple necklace for Ate Ainee and a Magic trick for kuya Aldrin. After giving it, the couple invite us to have a coffee with them. They will just wait for their yaya to arrive. It was truly a nice gestures to be invited. However, without me knowing, I fell asleep already. Arcturus just advice them tru text message. Our late coffee date was canceled.
Waking up the following day, we heard again a knock. It was Daddy Albert. Inviting us to have breakfast with them. The food were great. We shared a lot of interesting stories, although Daddy Albert took his time also attending to his business concern ( phone calls, directing his staff, go out a while ) but still, he always comes back and able to share his precious time with us. Mommy Aimee together with Baby Aika shows a smile on her face most of the time. She was indeed a very lovely lady, graceful and smart. She has a good looking husband, Beautiful and healthy kids. We can say that they possess the picture of an ideal family. A perfect family role to portray. It was almost 11 am when we finished our breakfast meeting.

Upon checking out at the hotel, Daddy Albert still there and manage to assist us. Even at the last minute he was suggesting if we wanted to stay in their great grandparents lodge. However, we already advice our confirmation to other. We feel that they wanted to ensure our comfort and safety. What he did was to check all the details of the place where we will be staying. He make sure that the place is decent and safe by asking representative from Tourist Information office. It was really touching how come people like them whom weve only met 24 hours ago shows deep concern for us. We feel so blessed.
March 1, 2011. The day of our departure. We stroll around the vicinity and go back to our room to pack our things. When we were about to leave, we receive a text. It was Mommy Aimee asking if they can meet us before our flight. Without any hesitation, we answered yes. We will just wait for them at the airport. She replied that they will go to our place but tricycle is already waiting outside. The couple still follow us at the airport. I wasnt able to go out due to heavy lines at the check in counter. Much as I wanted to see them before we leave but I cannot leave our baggage unattended. When Arcturus returned, He was holding a big plastic bag with a lot of cashews of different varieties sweet, salted and plain. It was given by Mr and Mrs Ong. I wanted to go out and personally thank them but my husband told me that they left already. They need to be in hurry because they still have a meeting to attend. I just send my message of thanks tru text and they replied, wishing us to have a safe flight. We will see each other again soon….
Almost 10 years of existence on this business. We met a lot of nice and pleasant people, client particularly. But I can proudly say that Mr. Albert and Mrs Aimee Ong together with their three beautiful children Aldrin, Ainee and Aika were truly one of the best client we ever had.
In behalf of our family. Saying thank you is not enough. All the gestures and effort stored in our hearts forever…. Puerto Princesa is really a wonderful place making it more wonderful knowing wonderful people like them truly exist…..
